Björholmen Hotel & Restaurant is located at the far end of Tjörn's northwestern tip, where the cliffs end and the sea begins.
Here you create meetings with focus, peace of mind and inspiration - in a magnificent Bohuslän environment that makes a real difference.
When the working day is rounded off, our wood-fired sauna with unobstructed views of the sea awaits, followed by a well-prepared dinner in the restaurant. A natural end to a day that gives both results and energy.
Our meeting rooms
Björholmen offers four meeting rooms of different sizes - from the smaller room for up to 12 people to our largest meeting and party room, Båthallen, with space for up to 110 participants.
All rooms are fully equipped for effective meetings, with a projector or screen, pads and pens.
Water and sweets are always on hand - small details that make the working day run more smoothly.
Accommodation
Here at Björholmen, you'll stay in spacious and comfortable rooms with thoughtful furnishings and calm color choices - suitable for rest and recovery between meetings. The facility has a total of 65 beds, with the possibility of extra beds divided into single and double rooms, studio apartments and Sjöstugan.
Sjöstugan is located right by the pier, next to the boathouses, and offers four bedrooms with common areas. A popular option for smaller groups who want to stay close to each other and create a more cohesive experience.
All rooms have large windows facing their own balcony or patio.
Since Björholmen is a peninsula, most rooms have sea views, while others offer views of Bohuslän's barren landscape.
Our restaurant
In our restaurant, the focus is on ingredients from the sea outside and from producers in the immediate area.
With carefully selected ingredients, we create food that becomes a natural and appreciated break during the meeting day - and something to gather around when the evening begins.
The menu can be adapted to your wishes.
Activities that invite team building and competition
We work with several experienced activity operators and can offer a wide range of experiences that provide energy and variety during your stay. Choose between lobster fishing, seal safaris, RIB trips or various forms of team building and competitions.
Stigfjorden Nature Reserve spreads out around the resort - perfect for a walk to clear your mind between meetings. Maps can be picked up at reception. For those who want to go further afield, we are happy to lend bikes.
A quarter of a bike ride from Björholmen is Pilane, where ancient remains during the summer months meet contemporary art in a unique landscape.
How do you find us?
Björholmen is about an hour from Gothenburg and around three hours from Oslo. You turn off the E6 towards Stenungsund and continue over the Tjörn bridges. The last 20 minutes are along winding roads through the Bohuslän landscape.
When the road ends, you will be greeted by the white houses of Björholmen's community - and Björholmen Hotel & Restaurant, right by the pier and the cliffs, A warm welcome!
