NOW WE LAUNCH YMER – BOOKING SYSTEM FOR CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The system is designed to support the entire booking process at a conference facility and is suitable for both day conference facilities and facilities with accommodation. Modules/functions are also available for detailed planning, participant administration, evaluations, etc.
YMER – which is Gantt-based – has been developed using the latest IT technology. The ambition has been to create an IT solution that gives the conference facility
YMER has a modular structure. Use the entire suite or modules for the processes you specifically need.YMER also has a module for effective collaboration with partners, with ready-made interfaces so that data can be imported automatically from, for example, Konturs digital enquiries (and other booking companies).
Be there from the start! Early next year, we plan to invite interested facilities to a workshop where we will go through the entire flow of the system, from enquiry/quote, through the entire booking process and on to detailed planning, evaluation and billing, among other things. We will also go through the functions for pricing, cancellation rules and evaluations, among other things.
