Our conference facility is beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Mälaren and offers an inspiring environment that stimulates creativity and collaboration. With a perfect location, less than an hour from Stockholm, Uppsala and Arlanda airport, we are the obvious choice for your next corporate event.

Our largest room can accommodate up to 475 participants, making us ideal for everything from intimate meetings to grand corporate events and kick-offs. We offer unique conference activities and facilities to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy our bar, relaxation area and boules court, or treat yourself to something delicious from our in-house Bakery & Chocolate Factory where we create delicious chocolates and pastries. Our popular conference activities, such as cooking and chocolate making, are great for team building and strengthening group cohesion. Take part in an inspiring competition or enjoy a fun and social activity that brings the team together.
At Aronsborg, access to the bare, pool, sauna, game lounge, fitness room and exercise track is always included. We also have our own bakery and chocolate factory, where we make pralines, chocolate bread and coffee bread.

Logy
The body needs to recover after a hard day's work and few places are better to rest than in the facility's generous DUX beds. With a total of 388 beds, meeting leaders and staff alike can stay overnight and feel the ideas simmering in their heads during the night. All 196 rooms are decorated in evocative colors and homely patterns to give conference participants a good night's sleep between meetings.

Food & beverage
With chocolate as one of the keywords, meals at Aronsborg cannot be anything other than a gastronomic delight. 6 restaurant spaces provide great choice and set up opportunities for festive dinners, barbecue evenings, tapas, crayfish or chocolate feasts - just to name a few. Sit down with colleagues in energizing settings such as the Apple Garden, Winter Garden or Chocolate Bar.

From the Bakery comes a pleasant aroma of freshly baked bread mixed with the sweetness of chocolate in various forms. Here they bake all the bread that is served themselves; the own creation Aronsborgslimpan enjoys a ravenous reputation among those who have experienced it. Truffles and tasty little chocolate pralines also come to life in here.

There are ready-made menus for those who want to focus on other things in their planning, but of course other arrangements can be arranged as desired.

Activities
At Aronsborg there is a clear activity profile towards food and chocolate. The most popular conference activities revolve around team building through cooking - whether in competition form or as a pleasant group activity. Chocolate tasting with food is another popular conference activity. Of course, there are also close partnerships with several activity companies. There is a wide range of beautiful environments in the garden, by the lake and indoors at Aronsborg that are perfect for all types of activities, team building, sports activities and adventures.

Location
Aronsborg is located next to the shores of Lake Mälaren, in scenic surroundings where you can easily find peace for effective meetings. It is easily accessible by public transport from Stockholm via Bålsta and from the central station there is a bus to the facility. 41 km from Stockholm and 37 km from Arlanda makes it an attractive option for city-based companies.

Other
230 free parking spaces make it easy to get to Aronsborg by car. If your environmental conscience is hurt by this, you can at least take comfort in the fact that the entire facility is Nordic Swan Ecolabeled and does its best to protect nature.
