In the middle of central Stockholm, in the well-known ABF building on Sveavägen, you will find us - a day conference facility with a big heart where the human meeting is at the center. With seven spacious meeting rooms, a newly renovated restaurant and the cozy café Bakfickan, you can not find a more genuine environment for your conference.
A human, friendly meeting place with seven fantastic meeting rooms fully equipped with, among other things, table and hand microphones, headsets, hearing loop, whiteboard, movie screen and large screen projector.
Our largest room, Zätasalen, has an inclined seating with 338 chairs and a 70 sqm stage, located directly adjacent to a spacious foyer on floor 1.
Fully equipped conference rooms for all types of meetings. It can accommodate conferences and board meetings, lectures and breakfast meetings - all under one roof. Rooms created precisely for valuable meetings and for a flow of people. As this is a historic site, the rooms are named after historical figures. All rooms are on the first floor and three of them are in a row with folding walls that can easily be opened to create one large room for up to 300 people.
The key thing for us is that we want our guests to feel welcome as they are. We want to create a folksy atmosphere and have a down-to-earth approach. We are informal and personal.
The team here at Cirkeln is small and close-knit and consists of people who have worked in the restaurant and meeting industry all their lives. The security and experience they have makes it possible to create a familiar and personal atmosphere that all guests can enjoy. A safe place for half- or full-day conferences where the day offers morning or afternoon coffee and good well-prepared lunches.
The entire business stands on three solid legs, two of which are the restaurants Cirkeln and the café Bakfickan, the third leg is the conference business.
The renovated restaurant Cirkeln has the motto that it should be good, nice and simple - the finesse lies in making the simple really, really good. Here you sit with a view of the vibrant Sveavägen and the opportunity to follow the chefs' work in the open kitchen.
The restaurant is located right next to Sveavägen but is incredibly well insulated, so here you sit quietly and calmly with the roaring city outside the windows.
Cirkeln Bakfickan - a meeting point of its own in the middle of the meeting facility. Here you can start the day with a delicious breakfast, have a cup of coffee, have a good lunch or why not enjoy a Danish smørrebrød.
In the middle of the building is Hjärtat, an open meeting place that is used by passers-by who want to take a break with a cup of coffee, but which is also a functional area for lectures, mingling, stage performances or seated meals.
The Heart can accommodate 200 people in mingle, 60 people in theater seating and 80 people in table seating. There is a movie screen and large screen projector, table and hand microphones, headset and hearing loop.
