Jönköping Konsert & Kongress at Elmia in central Jönköping is one of the country's leading facilities for congresses, conferences and events. In addition to large auditoriums, it also offers foyers, exhibition areas and conference rooms. For the really big event, the adjacent exhibition halls can also be used. We strive to create a successful experience together with you, whether it is for the intimate meeting of eight people or the grand event for up to 3,000 participants.


Events with many participants

Every year, Jönköping Concert & Congress hosts a number of national congresses, major meetings and many local conferences. In 2024, the Left Party's Annual General Meeting, the Scouts' annual meeting and the SSiS Wound Care Nurses' annual conference will be held in the building. With around 60 years of trade fair experience, we can easily design and build a mini fair with stands and exhibitions for you and your products in our flexible foyer areas. A popular element to alternate with the congress program in the auditoriums. The foyers are also ideal for break-out activities, evening mingles or lunches.


Full-service solution including accommodation at nearby hotels

The venue is very used to handling logistics and flows of people. Next to Jönköping Konsert & Kongress at Elmia are two major hotels and in the city center there are plenty of hotel rooms with good connections to the facility. Jönköping Konsert & Kongress offers good parking facilities with 2000 spaces directly next to the facility and is just a stone's throw from the E4.


Restaurants and own bakery

In collaboration with our restaurateurs, we offer world-class service, with a focus on locally produced food, cooked from scratch. Everything is prepared in our own restaurants by experienced chefs and all coffee and bread is baked in our own bakery. We customize the menu according to your needs and wishes.


Fully renovated facility

In recent years, Jönköping Konsert & Kongress has undergone extensive renovations and in the fall of 2023 the refurbished congress house was relaunched with a new brand (previously the house was called Elmia Congress and Concert Hall).


Our Premises

Conference rooms: We have conference rooms for anything between 8 and 124 people. Of course, they have modern equipment and can be fully customized according to your needs and wishes.
Auditoriums: Hold your stage or speaker program in one of our large auditoriums. Rydbergsalen is suitable for groups of up to 300 people. If you are really many, we recommend Hammarskjöldsalen where 1100 people can be accommodated. Both halls have their own stage and are equipped with the latest technology.
Foyer areas: Mini fair, product exhibition, mingle or break activity? The sky is the limit when it comes to using our flexible foyer areas. A unique opportunity for those who book a conference or congress with us!
The exhibition facility: Since Jönköping Concert & Congress is part of Elmia's exhibition facility, it is also possible to organize your event in one of our exhibition halls, lobbies or exhibition restaurants. Perfect for the really big party or meeting, or when you want a completely customized look for your venue. Only your imagination sets the limits!


Efficient meeting point in the southern half of the country

Elmia's location in Jönköping means that the facility can be a geographically optimal alternative - a center point - in connection with major events where participants come from different parts of the country, such as Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
