Ljunglöfska Slottet - a conference facility with everything you need!

Built as a summer residence for snuff manufacturer Knut Ljunglöf in the 1890s, the castle is beautifully nestled in greenery on the shores of Lake Mälaren.
Only 20 minutes by metro from the center of Stockholm. A quarter of an hour from Bromma Airport!

Here, conference guests can decide for themselves what dinner they want, this is usually served in a separate dining room.

All hotel rooms in the nearby annex have high comfort and adapted to the guest's well-being. The premises have a good technical standard.
Wireless internet is available throughout the complex, including the conference hotel.

Conference
All conference rooms are located in the castle on three levels. All have windows, some with balconies and a beautiful view of Lake Mälaren. A data projector and internet connection are available in all rooms.

The castle's largest conference room is located on the third floor and has a folding wall that screens conference participants from the public area around the clockwork. Can be furnished as required: in a circle, without tables with tables in various combinations. Excellent for presentations, has a computer connected to a data projector, adapted to the arrangement of materials on the walls, pure conference environment.
Other rooms on the same floor are of varying sizes and have fixed furniture - boardroom seating.

Ljunglöfska's private floor, known as the VIP floor, is on the second floor. It has access to a large balcony facing Lake Mälaren. The VIP floor is a great meeting place for inspired socializing and discussions. Management groups, board meetings with requirements for a secluded and undisturbed environment occupy the entire floor.

On the lower level is the room with a slightly older style. Flexible furniture: in a circle, with tables in different formations. People with reduced mobility can confer well on this floor.

Lodging
The accommodation annex from the late 1920s is completely rebuilt and adapted to high standards of modern accommodation. A quiet park location. The rooms are decorated with warm textiles that give a calm and pleasant feeling of home. All rooms are equipped with WC/shower, hairdryer, radio, cable TV and telephone. Free access to a refrigerator and coffee machine in the lounge. Surf the web or email without leaving your room. Your own network. Print your documents on the printer in the castle.

Party
The castle is located near Lake Mälaren with access to a pier. Its location and unique setting make it attractive for both large and small parties, private and corporate. The banquet hall on the second floor with a dining room for 30 people and access to the terrace facing the lake is an obvious gathering place for smaller party arrangements, as well as for business lunches and dinners.
The representative floor on the lower level is ideal for larger parties. All kinds of anniversaries, cultural events, product presentations and breakfast meetings.

Activities
Ljunglöfska Slottet cooperates with various activity companies that can find a suitable activity for the guests based on their needs and budget.
Chocolate and wine tastings are appreciated by many conference participants.

A sauna in the castle's basement with associated pub rooms is available to guests.

Mindfulness is currently at the top of the list of activities, which is why Ljunglöfska Castle offers all conference guests free yoga!
Yoga is basically about calming the brain and mind through various techniques to find inner peace, reduce stress and release tension in the body.
The experienced yoga instructor Corinne leads yoga sessions from half hour to hour depending on interest and time. Best group size 10-12 people. Casual clothes available. Booking is requested.

Take a moment and play boules on the boules court below the castle.
If you want refreshments and snacks, it is easy to arrange.

At the front, on the large green pitch, you have plenty of space for a game of skittles or boules.

Wine tasting in-house. Light and informal atmosphere. The tasting takes place during the booked conference dinner. Cost: wine consumption

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.

The process

Requests made during office hours are started immediately. More than 2,500 conference facilities are included in the digital network Konferensanjælland.se, which means that through our booking system you can easily and quickly reach the facilities that suit your wishes, for example in terms of geography, capacity, style, range of activities and budget. You will receive a presentation of the facilities that are able to receive, with a detailed cost specification, description and images as well as an overview comparison of the total cost for each of the options.

Confirmation on phone

You will receive a personal confirmation from the responsible booker in our team that we have received and started the case. We then take the opportunity to agree on any additional details in order to be able to give you really good and matching proposals.

This service is free of charge

The booking service in the Konferensanlagninger.se network is financed by participating facilities and is completely free of charge for you as a customer. We present the prices set by the facilities themselves, without changes or mark-ups. There will therefore be no invoice from us.

Presentation of facilities with proposals

You will receive an email from the responsible booker with a link that goes straight into our booking system where you will get to a compilation of proposals from the facilities that are able to receive. We follow up by phone to settle any questions and need for additions.

When you want to book

When you want to book a facility - call (+46858361060) or email our booker. Alternatively, if you want to book exactly according to the quoted specification, you can press the BOOK button in the presentation.

We will send an agent confirmation - to you and to the booked facility. From the facility you will then receive a booking confirmation and a contact point for detailed planning of the conference. After the conference, the invoice comes from the facility.

Not satisfied with any of the options?

Our search usually includes all facilities that match your requirements. But if you are still not quite satisfied with any of the alternatives, we are happy to "broaden" the search. We then have to adjust your requirements so that more facilities fit in, for example by expanding the geographical area or perhaps the budget framework.
