-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative
-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives
-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation
-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.

The processRequests made during office hours are started immediately. More than 2,500 conference facilities are included in the digital network Konferensanjælland.se, which means that through our booking system you can easily and quickly reach the facilities that suit your wishes, for example in terms of geography, capacity, style, range of activities and budget. You will receive a presentation of the facilities that are able to receive, with a detailed cost specification, description and images as well as an overview comparison of the total cost for each of the options.
Confirmation on phoneYou will receive a personal confirmation from the responsible booker in our team that we have received and started the case. We then take the opportunity to agree on any additional details in order to be able to give you really good and matching proposals.
This service is free of chargeThe booking service in the Konferensanlagninger.se network is financed by participating facilities and is completely free of charge for you as a customer. We present the prices set by the facilities themselves, without changes or mark-ups. There will therefore be no invoice from us.
Presentation of facilities with proposals You will receive an email from the responsible booker with a link that goes straight into our booking system where you will get to a compilation of proposals from the facilities that are able to receive. We follow up by phone to settle any questions and need for additions.
When you want to bookWhen you want to book a facility - call (+46858361060) or email our booker. Alternatively, if you want to book exactly according to the quoted specification, you can press the BOOK button in the presentation.
We will send an agent confirmation - to you and to the booked facility. From the facility you will then receive a booking confirmation and a contact point for detailed planning of the conference. After the conference, the invoice comes from the facility.
View of the facilityDo you want to visit one or more presented facilities before you finally decide? Notify our booker and we will arrange a site visit!
Not satisfied with any of the options?Our search usually includes all facilities that match your requirements. But if you are still not quite satisfied with any of the alternatives, we are happy to "broaden" the search. We then have to adjust your requirements so that more facilities fit in, for example by expanding the geographical area or perhaps the budget framework.
