At Näsby Slott, the conference is as much what is on the agenda as what happens in between. You check in 15 minutes from Stockholm city (and 35 minutes from Arlanda), with Roslagsbanan around the corner – easy to gather the group, easy to stay in the mood.
Right by Näsbyviken and with the K-labeled castle park as a neighbor, history and present meet in a boutique environment that is well thought out, relaxed and alive. Here, the “party castle” still sits in the walls – and today that energy gets to work for you: better conversations, more presence and a break from the pace of everyday life without you having to travel far.

Meetings in environments that make a difference
At Näsby Slott there are 14 meeting rooms for 2–120 people, plus an inviting winter garden that quickly becomes the natural gathering place – for coffee, reflection or a drink as the day begins to slip away into the evening. Bright rooms in soft pastels, modern technology and views of the park or bay make it easy to focus, and just as easy to think new thoughts.
When the meeting day is over, 53 hotel rooms await in the castle wings – personal, cozy and close to everything.

Food that extends the experience
At Näsby Castle, meals are part of the whole. Dinner in Lilla Slottskrogen, freshly baked from Lilla Stenugnsbageriet and Neapolitan wood-oven pizza in Doras Pizzeria – on the outdoor terrace or in the cellar vault. And when you want to continue talking for a while longer, the castle bar is an obvious spot where the day can land at the right pace.
