Elisefarm is in the middle of Skåne surrounded by the open countryside with well-kept farms, lakes, fields and gardens. Elisefarm has its roots back in the 18th century and consists of a manor house, a beautiful gray stone house and large logs that frame the farm image. The former farmhouse has been carefully renovated over the years and is today a complete facility for both conference and private guests. Around the buildings is an award-winning 18-hole golf course that can be an appreciated feature of the conference. In the building Västra Flygeln, there is a spa.

Many ways for accommodation at Elisefarm
Elisefarm has a total of 24 double rooms, all of them are 4-star standard. The manor houses, besides accommodation, also a large country kitchen, conference rooms and a living room with sofas and armchairs. The granite building, Stallet, has deep arched windows and oak wood flooring. Annexet, also known as the clubhouse, also houses a restaurant, reception and a conference room. The rooms are at an angle to this building.

Book the Manor House for a Private Conference
The west wing, Västra Flygeln, is a large and airy room that seats about 170 people. The roof the original beams are preserved. The manor is well suited for the smaller group of up to 14 people who want to meet privately in conference rooms, with belonging seating areas and large country kitchen where the afternoon coffee is served. In the clubhouse from the 18th century you can gather up to 25 people.

Traditional Food Experiences from Skåne
At Elisefarm, food is based on Swedish cuisine and raw materials bought from local producers. We are part of Skånska Matupplevelser, a group composed by pubs and restaurants whose ambition is to make you experience the best of the taste of Skåne. Our desire is to protect and preserve the Scandinavian food tradition, but we also welcome inspiration from the international cuisine. It is the season that determines the menus. During spring and summer there are sprouts, asparagus and rhubarb, in August, we have own crayfish and in the autumn fungus and meat from the animals of the forests. Elisefarm's signum is the pheasant which is highly recommended.

Golf, ski lodge, cooking or spa - Elisefarm offers many activities
Together with chef Peter Häll you can cook together in the spacious manor’s kitchen, or why not learn more about and sample chocolate and truffles together with Lotta from LyckeboGott. Adding golf as activity is easy at Elisefarm,. The track is outside the door. It is also close to the Fulltofta nature reserve, which also can be explored from the horseback. During the season, we can arrange crab fishing in your own pond and for a relaxing end of the day, it is recommended some time at the spa in the Västra Flygeln.

In the middle of Skåne you will find Elisefarm
The plant is located just over 30 kilometers from Lund and to Malmö and Kristianstad it is another 20 kilometers. You can also easily get to us by train and bus. From Gothenburg, the train takes less than three hours, and from Stockholm it is a journey of about four hours. The nearest train station is Eslöv, which is 10 kilometers away, finally taking a bus to Fogdarp. To the nearest airport, Sturup, it is just over 5 miles.
